YOU LOOK FINE
FROM THE OUTSIDE.
On paper, everything's in order. The job. The relationship. The life you're supposed to want. But inside, something has been quietly running you into the ground for years. And you're the only one who knows.
You dodge the group photo. You leave the party early. You rehearse a two-line message for twenty minutes before you send it. You've turned down promotions because they came with a microphone attached.
And now the wedding is booked. The speech is coming. The presentation is on the calendar. The relationship is asking for something you don't know how to give.
You've run out of road.
THE WEDDING SPEECH.
THE PROMOTION.
THE PROPOSAL.
You freeze before big work presentations. You go quiet in rooms that actually matter. You rehearse conversations in your head and still choke when the moment comes. If you're a man in your 30s who's decided he can't avoid this anymore, this call is for you.
IT'S NOT THE SITUATION.
IT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING INSIDE YOU.
The wedding isn't the problem. The meeting isn't the problem. The promotion isn't the problem. What breaks you is the nervous-system reaction that fires ten seconds before you speak: the flood of adrenaline, the tight chest, the mind that goes blank on cue.
Social anxiety isn't a character flaw and it isn't a missing "skill." It's a dysregulated nervous system that learned, a long time ago, to treat visibility as a threat. That's teachable. That's trainable. That's what this call is about.
IS THIS YOU?
- You're 30-40, high-functioning on the outside (engineer, manager, founder, doctor, lawyer) and quietly avoiding the parts of your job that require you to be seen.
- You get physical symptoms before you speak: racing heart, tight throat, shaking hands, blank mind, that hot flush up your neck.
- There's a specific event on the horizon: a wedding speech, a proposal, a promotion, a big pitch. And you can't outrun it this time.
- You've read the books. You've tried the breathwork apps. You've white-knuckled your way through it for years. It's still there.
- You've decided, this year, that you're done letting this shape your life.

QUESTIONS.
Is this a sales call or a coaching session?+
Both, in that order. The first 30 minutes are coaching: real work on what's actually going on. If it makes sense to keep going together at the end, we'll tell you how that works. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
How long does the call take?+
30 minutes. Zoom. Camera on if you're comfortable, off if you're not.
What happens after the call?+
You'll get a short written recap with the next step we'd recommend. From there it's your move. No follow-up spam, no pressure sequence.
Do I need to prepare anything?+
No. Come as you are. If there's a specific event or moment on your horizon, have it in mind. That's where we'll start.
Is this therapy?+
No. This is coaching. We work with the nervous system and the specific real-life situations you're avoiding. If what you need is clinical care, we'll tell you honestly on the call.
YOU'VE PUT IT OFF
LONG ENOUGH.
The event's already on the calendar. The only question is whether you meet it as the man you are now, or the one you're about to become.
